1. 取得する情報 / Information We Collect
当社は、お問い合わせフォームのご利用時に、以下の情報を取得します。
- 氏名
- メールアドレス
- 題名およびメッセージ本文に記載された情報
- 送信時のIPアドレス、ブラウザ情報（スパム防止のため）
When you use our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, the subject and message you enter, and your IP address and browser information (for spam prevention).
2. 利用目的 / Purpose of Use
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的に限り利用します。
- お問い合わせ内容の確認および回答のため
- お問い合わせに関連して、当社サービスに関する情報提供、お打ち合わせの日程調整その他のご連絡を行うため

お問い合わせへの対応完了後【3年】を経過した時点で、または不要となった時点で、速やかに削除します。
